| 一、 | 依據本市立楊梅國民中學112年1月9日梅國秀分字第1120000326號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本市慈輝班轉介就讀資訊如下： |
| (一) | 轉介就讀對象： |
| １、 | 因家庭遭逢變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境。 |
| ２、 | 因家庭功能不彰與失調。 |
| ３、 | 因列為中低、低收入戶而有中輟之虞。 |
| (二) | 申請時間： |
| １、 | 學年初轉介： 112 年 4 月1 日至 112 年 5 月 12日止。 |
| ２、 | 學年中轉介：112 年 7 月 1 日至 113年 2 月23日間不定期受理申請，並於 3、10、12月或依實際需求召開學生轉介就讀複審會議。 |
| (三) | 學生待遇：學生就讀慈輝班期間享全額公費：註冊費、平安保險費、食、宿、制服、書籍費等全免。 |
| (四) | 其餘各項依轉介就讀簡章辦理。 |
