一、教育部潘文忠部長七年多任期內，教育部認為做得不錯 的，已經透過各種文宣周知社會大眾。惟基於仍有第一線 學校的需求一直未能確實到位，本會特別在520新部長上任 前，用教育專業的角度加以檢視潘文忠部長任期內的施政 作為，詳如附件新聞稿。
二、邀請大家共同持續為第一線的學校及教育人員，爭取合理 的人力跟資源，尋求教育的最佳利益。
