| 一、 | 依據基隆市政府113年9月26日基府教特參字第1130249874A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案申請時間說明如下： |
| (一) | 第一次期中招生：113年10月1日至10月15日，申請對象設籍於台澎金馬之6至9年級學生。 |
| (二) | 第二次期中招生：113年12月20日至114年1月3日，申請對象為設籍於台澎金馬之6至8年級學生。 |
| (三) | 年度招生：114年5月1日至5月20日，申請對象為設籍於台澎金馬之5至8年級學生。 |
| 三、 | 招生資格：義務教育階段學生因家庭變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校無法適應或因家庭功能不彰有中輟之虞，經家長或監護人同意接受輔導就讀者，並經基隆市復學輔導就讀小組審查符合資格。 |
