親愛的家長您好:
為了守護孩子們的健康，也希望能在校園中建立更好的保護網，減少疾病的傳播與擴散，學校將於**10月2日（下午）**安排流感疫苗接種。
流感高峰期即將到來，及早完成接種能有效降低感染後發生重症或其他風險，讓孩子們在學習與生活上都能更安心。敬請家長於9月22日前掃QR Code回覆「疫苗接種意願書」，好讓學校能妥善安排相關事宜。
感謝您對孩子健康的關心與支持，讓我們一起守護校園、守護每一位孩子的笑容。
