晉級規則說明:
1.各組錄取名額 : 依各組報名參賽隊伍數，按比例擇優錄取。
綜合演藝組9組取3組/ 歌唱組27組取10組/ 舞蹈組11組取4組。
2.依各組評分項目總分排序，若有同分則依評選標準順序高低次序判定 (詳見競賽辦法)
3.綜合演藝組依表演內容分成不同梯次競賽，12/17為表演藝術類型，12/18為音樂演奏類型，評審為各領域專業裁判，為求公平起見，採用標準分數計算總名次。
4.決賽順序另行抽籤後公告。
