1.各班借閱書箱時，請預先上網（學校首頁/圖書館/登入系統/書箱查詢）查詢書箱之借閱狀態（班級、書目、編號等）。
2.『班級書箱』借還作業方式有二種：
一.在教具室交換：歸還並同時借閱新書箱。
二.在班級交換：填妥班級書箱交換申請單（如下）及送兩班書籍借閱清單至教務處，以登錄至圖書系統中更新。
