一、依據台灣輔導與諮商會105年7月11日台輔字第105014號函辦理。
二、該會為鼓勵各級學校推展學校輔導工作，結合理論與實務，全面提升學校
輔導工作品質，特依據該會成立之宗旨，辦理本項表揚工作。
三、獲獎學校將受邀於105年10月22日(星期六)辦理「2016年台灣輔導與諮商學
會年會暨學術研討會」中公開授獎，同時以靜態展覽方式展示成果。
四、請貴校踴躍參與此次輔導績優工作之評選，於105年8月31日止(星期三)前
